Richard Burrill, Technical Director
Richard is responsible for the operation and continued development of the PensionDCisions delivery platform.
Richard brings 18 years’ experience in the fields of business process transformation, business intelligence and information technology. Before joining PensionDCisions Richard was Global Program Director at EMI and prior to EMI, Richard spent seven years at Accenture working on large scale change programs in the Financial Markets Sector. Richard began his career with Nikko Securities and holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Bristol.
Maya Fernandez, Information Director
Maya is responsible for the management of PensionDCisions’ existing administrator relationships, and the efficiency and quality of inbound and outbound data flow. Maya also ensures the secure transfer of data and is the Data Controller for PensionDCisions.
Maya’s background includes database construction and management, data analytics and operations. Prior to joining PensionDCisions, she had five years’ experience in credit card risk management and information management with Citigroup and American Express. Maya has a bachelors degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from London Business School.
Tara Hall, Sales and Marketing Manager
Tara is responsible for the Sales and Marketing efforts of the Company, and works with Graham to build and maintain PensionDCisions’ relationships.
Prior to joining PensionDCisions, Tara worked for five years in marketing and sales roles in the luxury goods industry. Tara holds a first class degree in Management from the University of the Arts London and a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (with Distinction).
Dietrich Hauptmeier, Finance Director
Dietrich is responsible for the financing, accounting and controlling processes of PensionDCisions, as well as the company’s HR and legal function.
Prior to joining PensionDCisions, Dietrich was a Principal with private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. where he worked for four years sharing his time between European financial services opportunities and German industrial transactions. Dietrich was involved in deal execution, financing and exits for a number of large LBO transactions, and has also been involved in executing change programs and monitoring existing portfolio companies. Previously Dietrich worked in the M&A and Corporate Finance group at Merrill Lynch. Dietrich holds a masters degree in mathematics from Technical University Berlin.
Graham Mannion, Managing Director
Graham started PensionDCisions in August 2005, taking overall responsibility for product and team development as well as building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients.
Before starting PensionDCisions, Graham worked at UBS Wealth Management in London, where he originated and managed client assets of £300 million. He was responsible for all aspects of portfolio strategy including asset allocation and manager selection. Prior to UBS Graham was an Associate with McKinsey & Company in London, primarily serving clients in the financial services sector. He started his career in Asia-Pacific as an International Manager with HSBC.
He has an MBA (with Distinction) from London Business School, was named on the Director’s List at The Wharton School and has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.
